I don't have anymore little movers that require diapers anymore, but my nephew is just starting the crawling stage! He's 6 months old and is starting to get around pretty well. It is great to have diapers that don't leak! Especially for little movers! Huggies little movers are great for crawlers! I can remember when my 4 kids were crawling and I tried all kinds of diapers and I wish they would've had these diapers when my little ones were crawling.

Ball Season is coming to an end!

Baseball has consumed our lives for quite awhile now and I loved every minute of it! I love watching my boys play ball. Stratton is finished with his games and Trenton has a couple more next week and we'll be done. I will miss it! Stratton pitched for the first time this year and he did really well! My little man played 2nd. He looks so little out there on that big field, but he acts 10 foot tall and bullet proof! He is very entertaining to watch!

Keitha's Baby Shower

We had Keitha's baby shower and it went great! I do have pics and I will post them when I get them uploaded. For those of you who don't know, Keitha is my very best friend. She is due on the 23rd with her first baby. It's a boy and his name will be Cayden Jace! I can't wait either! I'm so excited for her. She has wanted a baby for as long as I've known her and I already have 4, so it's definitely her turn.

Keitha got lots of great stuff at her shower. A bunch of cute outfits and a couple of really cute Christmas ornaments. We are hoping that he arrives before Christmas! Jody's brothers' wife, Melissa is also having her first baby and it's a boy as well! She is Jan. 4th.(the day after my birthday!) I really don't think she will make it that far though. So, I will have to little babies to hold and love and then leave with Mama! This will be a change! I'm used to me being the one with the babies!

I can't wait to post pics from the showers and, of course of the sweet little boys when they arrive! I plan to be there for both, so I will be taking lots of pics.

Crayola Holiday gifts-Review and GIVEAWAY

Crayola has many products out there this Holiday season for children of all ages that will spark their imagination. The first product I would like to discuss is the Color Me A Song. The Color Me A Song is reccommended for ages 24 months and up, which is perfect for my 2 year old! She already loves to try to play with her older sister and brothers toys, and this gave her an opportunity to have a "big" kid toy for her.
Here is some information about the Color Me A Song:
•The Crayola Beginnings Color Me A Song lets little ones draw to the beat of their own drum, trumpet, piano or guitar. This portable drawing and music creation station features a pressure-sensitive board that matches a melody to the artist´s pace. Draw fast, and the tempo picks up. Slow down, and so does the music. Four instrument buttons let kids pick their favorite sound. Color Me a Song was named a "Toy of the Year" by FamilyFun magazine and one of American Baby magazine´s picks for "Best Toys of the Year."
Sounds awesome right?! Well, it is! I've found myself tinkering with it.

Next up, is the Crayola Color Explosion Glow Dome. I had never heard of this particular Crayola product, so I was anxious to see what it was all about! The Glow Dome is reccomended for ages 6 and up, which is perfect for my 6 year old. Yay!! This is, by far, one of the neatest products I've ever seen! Kids can create their own artwork, put it in the color explosion glow dome and watch it as it spins around and glows! It has a two-layered dome of light and kids can control the motion. They can make it slow, medium, or warp speed to make their artwork into wild animations.
This is sure to be a much loved Christmas present for your child or someone you know.

Last, but not least, is the Crayola Glow Station. Now this one, I had heard of, but have not had one of my kids before now. The Glow station is a large canvas that glows in the dark. The glow station comes with a light wand in which the children can draw free hand or with provided stencils and textured sheets to create more realistic drawings. You can even attach a diamond shaped tip to the wand to create starbursts on the canvas. The images disappear after awhile or they can be erased which provide hours upon hours of fun, creative play for children.
This product is also reccomended for children ages 6 and up.

All three of these products were a huge hit in my house and I would reccomend any of them to anyone who has kids within the age ranges.

Trick Your Sweet Tooth this Halloween!

Weight Watchers Chocolate Candies by Whitman's are a sensible way to satisfy your sweet tooth for Halloween or anytime of the year for that matter! I've tried quite a few of these candies and I have loved them all!

I was recently sent the Pecan Crowns to sample and I must say that they are better than any Snickers or Twix bars! They are only 1 weight watcher point per piece and each piece is filled with yummy caramel and pecans.

There are two others that I am dying to test out: Peanut Butter Crunch and Caramel Medallions. They both sound and look delicious and if they are half as good as the pecan crowns then I know they will be great!

As I have reviewed Weight Watcher products before, I am a strong supporter of their products. I highly reccomend them to everyone. I am yet to find one of their products that I don't like!

Cheerio's Spoonfuls of Stories(review and GIVEAWAY)

Cheerios has made a significant commitment to Children's Literacy with with Spoonfuls of Stories Program. Over the past eight years, Cheerios has given away more than 40 million children´s books by distributing them free inside cereal boxes and has donated $3.2 million to First Book, their non-profit partner, which provides books to children from low-income families.

Beginning this month, Cheerios is providing 6 million Children's books free in boxes of Cheerios! This year there are 5 new books and each one is in both English and Spanish. The books are geared towards children ages 3-8 years old.
Here is my take on these 5 books along with some information provided by MyBlogSpark:

Junkyard Fort was written by Jon Scieszka, and illustrated by David Shannon, Loren Long and Dave Gordon. This book is about the Trucktown characters, like Gabriella, Jack, Melvin, Ted, Lucy and more who all work together to build a fort. They venture out in the junkyard to find parts to build their fort. The pictures are too cute and the book reminds me somewhat of the Cars movie. Their are Monster trucks, ice cream trucks, dump trucks, and many more! In the back of the book, there are even activities for the kiddos to do. (ages 4-8)

Tea For Ruby was written by The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, and illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser. Tea for Ruby is the perfect little book for little girls who love tea parties! Ruby gets invited to Tea with the queen, but Ruby tends to have problems with diasters happening all around here. So Ruby has to shape up her manners and quick. (ages 4-8)

Sleepyhead was written by Karma Wilson and illustrated by John Segal. This book is perfect bedtime story for little ones who like to put sleeping off anyway they can. In this book, Sleepyhead Teddy does just that. A cat is the parent and this is a very well illustrated book. (ages 3-7)

Ballyhoo Bay was written by Judy Sierra and illustrated by Derek Anderson. This book is about Mira Bella, the artist, who teaches classes at the beach everyday. Ballyhoo Bay is fun for all, until one gray day a billboard arrives, announcing an impending development that would take all the fun out of the place. Does Mira Bella and her friends save the day? Check it out and find out!

What's Under the Bed? was written and illustrated by Joe Fenton. This book is about Fred who is worried about what creature might be lurking under his bed. He eventually peeks to see what it is and it ends up only being his teddy bear Ted. This is a very cute book and is great for my 4 year old! (ages 3-7)

The Great Bake Sale Cookbook is a spiral-bound hardcover book. It is so easy to flip through and there are colored pictures throughout that will make your mouth water! There are 75 recipes for all types of great bake sale items.

The editor of Good Housekeeping is Susan Westmoreland, an award-winning chef and food editor for the Good Housekeeping Research Institute. In 2001, Susan was named The James Beard Foundation’s Editor of the Year. The Good Housekeeping magazine reaches 24 million readers worldwide.

The cookbook has a step by step guide on how to throw a successful bake sale. The types of desserts include cookies, brownies and bars, cupcakes, cakes, quick breads and muffins, candies and confections, and frosting and fillings. In the back of the book are pretty labels for your bake sale treats.

The Chocolate Wows (cookies) look amazing and I can't wait to try this recipe out. One of my favorites is the Whoopie pies, which are two devil's food cookies with marshmellow filling. The Praline-topped brownies would be a surefire sale. The good thing about these brownies, is that you can make and ice them for up to two weeks in advance. For all you toffee fans, the Butter-nut Toffee Crunch is wonderful. There are all types of frosting recipes to top your cupcakes with. You can mix and match and make your on delicious creation. All the items are easy to make and easy to portion for your bake sale.

Today was my Meme and Papaw's 50th anniversary party! That is a huge deal to me! 50 years is a long time! They are so sweet too! There was about 100 family and friends there. An all of the sudden change in my schedule!

I will give more details later, but Wed. I had a job opportunity arise and I had to make a quick decision. So, I quit my job Wed. and started at new one yesterday! It was a bit overwhelming to have to make such an impulse decision, but my first day went great and I feel that I made the right decision! I'm working with the ABC program for 3 and 4 year olds where Kennedie goes. It's very busy all day to say the least, but it goes by fast and it is very rewarding! I hated to leave my other job without a notice, but they completely understood and were not mad at all, which made me feel a lot better about my choice.

Kennedie is having a little trouble adjusting to Momma becoming teacher instead of momma during the day, but she will be ok. She started doing better before the day was over yesterday.

Lake Day for Journey!

Today we went to the lake with some other church members and some of their family and friends as well. We had a blast!! The girls got a little sun burned and so did I, but nothing too bad. We ate BBQ sandwiches and chicken and rode the tube behind the party barge.

There were a couple of people with cameras and Lou sent me these pics from her camera and I love them! Stratton is my shy one, so there's only one shot of him. He tends to avoid the camera. Now Kennedie on the other hand, loves the camera! The boys wouldn't ride the tube, but the Kennedie loved it and Kadie was scared a couple of times when we hit the waves, but she liked it. Kadie liked "driving" the boat with David the most though. I think she could've done that all day if he would've let her!

Awhile back, I won a giveaway for the Complete Laundry System from Mystic Wonders Inc. I have been using the system for a couple of months now and I love it! I have not had to buy laundry detergent or dryer sheets since and it has saved me loads of money! I have 4 kids and there are 6 of us in the house, so laundry is done A LOT!

Back to School is drawing near!

It's almost time for school to start back which means crunch time for getting clothes, supplies, shots, physicals, birth certificates, and so on and so on! It really crept up on me too! I was thinking I still had a couple of weeks, but nope, it's next week!

My oldest is going to the 4th grade, the next is going to 1st grade, and my third is starting the ABC preschool program! So, all that's let is the baby and then, no more daycare!

It's bittersweet to me because it's nice to have them all in school and out of diapers, but I won't have anymore actual babies! Of course they all are my babies and will always be my babies, but it's not the same!

This does not mean that I want anymore though at ALL! Believe me, 4 is plenty, and my 4 expecially! The girls definetly give me a run for my money and it's a bit crazy most days around my house! As soon as I get a new memory card for my camera I will be posting more pics!

American Idol Concert

I can't believe I've forgotten to write a post about the concert! It was wonderful!! I had a great time! They all sounded so much better in person than on TV! Of course Adam was my favorite!!! I know, I know, Kris is from Arkansas and I should like him best, but sorry I don't. But I will say he did do a great job also, it's just NO ONE can hold a candle to Adam's performance skills! Adam also did a duet with Allison that was great too. It's the same on they did on the show to "Slow ride"!

I do have pictures, but they are on my friends camera and I don't have them on my computer yet. I brought my camera which would've taken better pictures, but I didn't realize that my memory card didn't work until I got up there! Bummer, I know, but I think we still got some decent shots. We had great seats and Kris Allen's family sat in the box seats behind us, so that was neat! His family was soooo proud! It was very heart warming to see how they responded to hearing Kris on the stage.

Hopefully I'll be able to share pics soon!

I've actually had the pleasure of trying two of their products. One of which I purchased and the other they sent me to review. The first one(the one I bought) was the Xtreme pack g-spot bullet.

Let me just start by saying that this baby has some power! This bullet has excellent reviews also. I love the easy to push buttons and the many different levels of intenstiy. There is room for much variety with this toy, believe me! The only thing I did not like about this bullet was the curved tip, which is what led me to choosing the product below for my review: The Golden Nugget

The Golden Nugget may look like a typical bullet, but it is way more than that! It has a textured sleeve for extra stimulation. It also is powered by a 9volt battery, so you can just imagine what kind of vibes come from this little toy! Out of the two, I like this one the best, but both of them work great! I've has similar in the past, but Eden Fantasy's have been the best.

The Golden Nugget has many reviews on the Edenfantasys site and this bullet is a favorite for many! I love that it has 5 different functions. 3 are pulsations and 2 are vibrations. All work great! But, personally I like number 5 the best.

I found it very helpful that Edenfantasys had online help. You can actually click on one of their crew members and ask them a question. If they are online, then you can ask them live! I think this is a fabulous addition to Edenfantasys. You can find this section at the top of the home page under Expert Help.

I've read a lot of EdenFantasys reviews on other blogs and am yet to find a negative one. I also have noticed that most people do not review the toys. Well, ladies, some things need to be shared, so others can join in and enjoy these toys too! I'm glad that I was introduced to a bullet many years ago, because I've been a fan every since. I know there are many of you who probably think that you wouldn't like such a thing, but believe me, you will!

EdenFantasy's is the one stop, online shop for anything "bedroom" related that you could possibly need or want. The prices are very reasonable and the people are wonderful to work with. So, go check them out and see what you might want to try!

Tommorow, my best friend and I are going to the American Idol concert in Little Rock! I've been waiting for it for what seems like forever and I can't wait! We already have a hotel room so we don't have to drive back home after it's over.

I'm so excited to see Adam, Kris, and mostly all of the top 10! I'll be sure to do a post about how our trip went and the concert of course!

Writer's block

Lately, I just haven't had the urge to post on my blog! I really hate that too, because I would love to write daily to have something to look back and see what was going on in my life.

Last week, we had Vacation Bible school from Sunday to Thursday and I helped with the preschool crafts. The kids had a blast and I feel they learned a lot! Everything went smoothly until the last night, which was family night, and a bad storm came through and we lost electricity. The kids were supposed to perform the songs they had learned all week, but they didn't get too. We all stuck around and sang along with the guitar in the hallways until the storm passed. It was still fun and the kids thought it was neat(I think)!

Monday, I'm taking Kadie to the Doctor because she continues to fail her hearing tests at daycare and, although I feel like she can hear just fine, I'm still going to get it checked out just in case. Better to be safe than sorry!

I really wish we could've afforded a vacation this year, but the money wasn't there, so hopefully we can save up for next year or even Spring break.

Every since my best friend(my workout partner) found out she was pregnant, I have not worked out at ALL! Needless to say, all my toning I worked so hard to get has went to crap and it sucks! I haven't gained but a couple of pounds, but I'm out of shape again and I hate it! I've got to get motivated again and get my butt in gear before I gain all of the weight I lost back.

My friend is having a boy by the way! I'm so excited for her to be having her first baby! All of her friends already have babies and she has wanted one for so long! She wanted a girl, but she is still really excited! When she gets a belly, I'll try to get some pics of her.

The kids are great! The boys are going to the lake with my dad week after next, so they are excited about that. The girls are growing like weeds and Kadie is becoming a little toot! Kennedie was the "bad" one and now the roles have changed and Kadie is the bully! I hope she outgrows that one quick!

My little girl Kennedie turned 4 yesterday! Yea, I know, I'm a day late. Kennedie is by far my most active child. She is a social butterfly and loves to be the center of attention. She came into this world with a broke arm and collar bone, but that didn't stop her. She was healed in 2 weeks and was ready to roll.

Kennedie walked at 9 months old and everyone said she was moving out of the way for another one, which they were right, because I got pregnant with Kadence when she was 10 months old.

My dad grilled hamburgers at his house for her birthday and my Meme made her a cake. We plan to have another party for her next weekend too with the rest of the family. I'll leave you with a few pics of Kennedie. Enjoy!

A Little of what I've been up too

I know I've been horrible at posting for quite some time now! I keep thinking about it and just don't do it! Sorry all. I've been painting the house (inside) and organizing a lot! I needed to bad. With four kids, stuff tends to accumulate. Lots of stuff!

The kids are enjoying the summer. I wish I was off to enjoy it with them! Kennedie will be 4 on Monday and I will do a birthday post then. She is such a mess and thinks she's 16 already! Stratton is probably going to a football camp that's coming up next month at our local college. Trenton is just Trenton, sweet and a cuddler! Baby girl Kadie is becoming a handful! She's working on potty training, but doesn't quite have it down yet. I can't wait until she does! No more diapers then! Yay! It is a little sad though, because she is my last baby and that will make her not so much of a baby anymore.

It is sooo hot here already and I can only imagine how much hotter it will get throughout the summer! Ugh!!

My best friend is pregnant with her first baby and is due in December and so is Jody's brother's wife! Something was in the water around that time! I am excited to have two little ones to play with though! I love babies! Especially when I can send them home!

Work is ok, but I'm still looking for a better paying job. I really want to get a State job, but they are just hard to get in to. I've applied for 3 and there will be 2 more open soon. Maybe I'll get one of them!

Grilling Tips from Mike Davis (Giveaway!)

Father's Day is a time to spend with family. Dad's like to fire up the grill, but grilling can lead to heartburn which can lead to a not-so-happy cookout! Mike Davis, the National Champion Pit Master of Lotta Bull BBQ in Oklahoma shared some secrets for my readers on how to grill in how demand this Father's Day!

Here's Mike Davis' tips:

*When cooking larger cuts of meat, always use an indirect heat as a source. Using the direct heat method will char the outside of the meat without allowing the inside to cook properly.
*When grilling, use a "smoker" box of aromatic hardwoods such as mesquite, hickory or pecan to give that distinctive wood smoked flavor.
Use olive oil or any other cooking oil to coat the surface of vegetables to add crispness and to hold on spices and seasonings.
*Using a spray or baste during cooking will help keep the meat moist and flavorful and will help to keep the meat from drying out during the cooking process.
*A mustard slather can be used to thoroughly coat the meat to help hold spices and seasonings in place during preparation.
*Pay careful attention to pork and poultry when grilling, you must make sure both meats are properly cooked through.
*Always grill in a well ventilated area, away from eaves and overhangs that can trap toxic fumes.
*Just like I prepare for my competitions, frequent heartburn sufferers should come prepared to enjoy the foods you love and start your 14-day course of Prilosec OTC in advance of your BBQ event.

These cakes are topped with creamy chocolate and have a great flavor of cocoa. Both of these are very satisfying snacks and will definetly take care of any sweet tooth you are having.

Now these are my favorite WeightWatcher product ever! They are only 140 calories and 2 points each and are much better than any Ice cream sandwich I've ever tried! They are a good size and very satisfying too!

These are also 2 points and there are 12 in a box. They are made with toffee ice cream and chocolate flavored coating with toffee chips. I love these as well! I really like that there are 12 in a box.

I have also tried the Giant Fudge bars which are only 1 point and they are big! I am yet to try any of these products that I don't like. I recommend trying them all to see what you like best!

My Long Weekend

I have thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend and am pretty bummed to see it coming to an end! I loved sleeping in 3 days in a row. It was great! We really didn't do much. The kids had some cousins over to stay the night Saturday and today we did some yard work. Other than that, we've just sat around the house and been lazy!

Baseball season is coming to an end soon. Stratton has one more game tommorow and Trenton has one Friday and one the following Tuesday. I happy and sad, because I love, love, love to watch my boys play ball, but it requires a lot of running around and a lot of time! My aunt was at Trenton's T-ball game the other day and took a couple of pictures of my little man, so I'll leave you with one of those! I hope everyone has had a great weekend as well!

Oh yea, I almost forgot! Although I am from Arkansas and was happy for Kris Allen winning American Idol, I'm still bummed that Adam didn't win! Adam was my favorite from the beginning of auditions.

My Mother's Day gifts!

All 4 of my kids brought home Mother's day presents for me and I loved every one of them!

First, my baby girl Kadence, brought home a poem with her sweet little handprints! It's so precious!!

My 3 yr old daughter brought home the same thing with her handprints!

My kindergartener, Trenton brought me a little card with a poem and then a card that the Teacher had them fill out. It says this:
My mommy likes: To play on the computer
My mommy always: Plays on the computer
Do you think he's trying to tell me something?! LOL!
The last part said I love it when my mommy: Cooks for me!
So sweet and funny! I loved it too!

Finally, My 3rd grader and oldest, Stratton got to take money to the Senior Citizens place where they could buy gifts for Mom that the Senior Citizens have made. My son knows me so well! He constantly hears me saying I need clothes hangers for the tons of clothes we have between us all and he got me 7 coat hangers that were crafted up with yarn! I thought this was funny too, but very sweet! He also got me two cross bookmarks that are beautiful! He knows I like to read and I love crosses, so that was perfect! He said, "Those are for all those Twilight books you read mom!" LOl! He also gave me a butterfly magnet for the fridge and a little cross that is in a pocket with a poem about the cross! He did so good!! I am very proud!

I am so thankful to have 4 wonderful kids that call my Mom! I will cherish those little sweet gifts forever!! Those are the best gifts a Mom could ever receive for Mother's Day!!

Rain, Rain, and MORE Rain!

Well, it's been thundering, lightning and raining for some time now and I got up this morning to take the kids to school and my mom called and my two big kids didn't have school! So, I dropped the girls off and went by my work with the boys and we didn't have electricity at work either. So, now I'm home with my boys.

It wouldn't have been my pick for a day off, but oh well! It happens! So, me and the boys are being lazy and watching movies all day. It's nice getting to spend time with them, without the little ones here for a change.

American Idol

I haven't posted about American Idol yet, but I watch it faithfully and love it!! I'd love to hear my peeps opinions too if you watch!
First off, I love Adam! I know some agree with me and some don't and that's ok, but in my opinion his vocals are the best and he has the best stage presence. I also love Allison. I can't quite figure out why she keeps falling in the bottom, because she to knows how to sing and put on a show. My 3rd favorite is Kris and he's from Arkansas! Woo hoo for that! I did think that Danny was good, but he's been falling short for the past few weeks to me. Lil Rounds stayed way past when I thought she should go! Enough rambling...
I am going to the tour when they come to Little Rock and I can't wait!! Tickets go on sale May 9th and they are coming to Little Rock July 25!!

So, if there are any Idol fans out there, let me know what you think of the show this season!

Weight Loss Update

I weighed and did my measurements today! I still haven't taken any new pics though, but I will try to work on that real soon! So here's my stats:

Last weigh-in: 149.5
Weigh-in today: 143
Total: 6.5 lbs
Total loss overall: 27lbs

Total inches lost since last measurement: 7.25 inches

I'm very please with my results so far and I actually do not want to lose too much more! I mainly want to tone up some more and maintain. I might possibly get down to 135 if possible but no more than that! I don't look very good when I get in the 120's! I've done that before and I had no shape to me at all! So, maybe a few more pounds and then I'll work on maintaining it!

I started out wearing a 12 or 13 and now I'm wearing 9's or 10's. I know that's not a whole lot of sizes but I feel so much better and I am much happier with the way I look in my clothes!

My Little Man is 6 Today!!

Today is my youngest son's 6th birthday! Trenton was born a little after 2 in the morning on April 10, 2003 after 17 1/2 hours of labor. Labor was horrible with Trenton and it took forever to get my epidural. By the time I got it, I had him about 20 minutes later! It was very easy to get over it afterwards though! Trenton weighed 7 lbs 10 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long.

Trenton is my easiest child by far. He's very seldom any trouble and has always been a very sweet kid. He loves baseball and football. He's in kindergarten this year and has done pretty well, minus the handwriting.

I put Trenton in quite a few pageants as a baby and he was quite the showman! His first pageant, he was only 2 weeks old! He's won a couple and was a runner up a couple of times too.

Happy 6th Birthday Little man! I love you!!

Sick!!

Well, Spring Break was great! It didn't last long enough but it was still very nice to have a week off! But today I'm at home sick..Yuck! I think I have Strep throat but I'm not positive. I can't eat, I've got a headache, it hurts sooo bad to swallow, and my throat is red with nasty pus pockets(sorry for the gruesome details!) I rarely ever get sick, which is great, but when I do, it's bad! I didn't sleep well because I kept waking up either freezing or sweating! Hopefully I'll get better soon! Hope everyone else is well! Catch up to you all soon!

I'm Ready for Spring Break!

I'm so ready for Spring Break next week!! If only my kids were still in school during the break then I would have it made! But, it stills beats working! Now for a weight loss update! I actually did my weigh-in and measurements on the 15th. So here it is:
Last weigh-in: 155.5
This Weigh-in: 149.5
Total: 6 pounds
Overall total: 20.5 pounds

Inches lost since last measurement: 7 inches

Slow and steady wins the race I guess! I just hope I don't start going the other direction!! No pictures this time. I'll do some again in a couple of months.

Lovin' this weather!

I took this about a week ago, but I thought you might enjoy seeing my baby girl blow kisses! I know it's not the best face in the world but it's too sweet too me!!

I'm really lovin' the weather here! It feels great outside! I really wish it could just stay like this all year round!
Stratton had ball practice today and Trenton has practice tommorow. And so the busy ball season begins! I love every minute of it though! I'll be sure to take pics of them playing. Stratton is on the Razorbacks(Go Hogs!!) and Trenton is on the Yankees.

I hope to get Spring pics of the kids soon so stay tuned...

A Couple of Pictures

O.K. So I attempted to have my 5 yr old take pictures of me today, but they are not that great. I decided to post them anyway. I wish I would've done before pictures, but I'll just start now! So this is what I look like as of today. Most of you don't know what my size was before the weight loss journey, but hopefully in another month, there will be a difference from these pictures. These two are the best out of about 20 that I had him take. Bless his heart, he tried so hard! There were a lot of just my feet and just my head..lol!

I noticed while looking at these pictures that I feel way smaller then I look in these pictures! I look smaller when I look in the mirror..lol! I'm glad I took them though, because this gives me more motivation. More motivation to look better in pictures and not just in the mirror!

I have wanted to scream a bunch of times today and actually did a few times! Everything and everyone is getting on my nerves today! I don't know what my problem is, but I wish it would stop. So, tonight, I am praying for patience.

If things weren't already bad enough today, I told my sister that I would babysit tonight. I love my nephew, but 4 kids is bad enough at times, and then add another 1 1/2 yr old to the mix, and you have major chaos!! My poor little nephew is used to being the only child and getting all the attention. Around my house, it's just not possible! So, he cried and cried and cried some more, until I thought I was going to have to call my sister and tell her to come get him RIGHT NOW! (and take a couple more with ya too)

I know Valentine's day wasn't that long ago, but I need a break again already!

On a lighter note, my jeans are really getting too big now, and that feels great!! Until now, I had lost quite a bit of weight but my jeans still fit comfortably. It didn't make sense, but oh well, because they are getting big now!! Yay!!

Hello to all my faithful friends!! I see I've lost like 10 followers in a couple of days! I guess everyone is giving up on my updating my posts regularly. Here's a little of what I've been up too.
Valentine's Day: We(me, Jody, Keitha, and Michael) went to Little Rock to eat and go to the Comedy club! And both of us forgot our cameras!! Darn it! We had a blast though! The comedian's were hilarious! We came back Sunday. It was nice to have a break from the kiddos for a change!

My job is going well. I still, of course, wish I was getting paid more, but I can't complain, because at least now we can pay our bills and still have a little extra! I know this is not where I will be long term, but I'll stay until the right opportunity comes my way!

The kids are great too! Rowdy as ever!(or at least the girls are!) It's getting close to Baseball season again, and I'm excited about that. Both boys play and I enjoy watching.

I'm still loving my church and I just started going to a new small group last night and I enjoyed it a lot! It's great when you feel comfortable enough with everyone to say what you really feel and know that you want be looked down on for saying it!

I finally set up a plan to start getting my school loans paid off and I feel good about that too. It's going to take a very long time, but I still feel that my education was worth every penny it took to get me through it!

I do have a camera now! Yay!! It's not the best, but it's good, so I will start posting pics again soon!

Now, I'm off to catch up on some of my bloggy friends, so take care and I hope everyone has a wonderful week!!

Oh yea, in a couple of weeks I will do another weight loss update! I'm still going strong, but just not losing fast, but I feel so much better now and that's good for me!

Weight Loss Update

I know I'm due for a much needed weight loss update, so here it goes! I've had a lot of ups and downs on this adventure for sure, but I've stuck to it and am very happy with the way things are going.

Starting weight: 170
current weight: 155.5
Total Weight Loss: 14.5 lbs

I know that doesn't sound great after I lost 12 so fast, but I wasn't eating right when I lost those first 12 and I gained most of them back and started back the right way. I measured myself on Jan. 11 and I just measured again Sunday (Feb. 8) and I've lost a little over 8 inches all over! I'm very pleased with that. The hardest area for me has been my hips and thighs. They are making the slowest progress which is not helping me to drop sized very fast. My waist is getting alot smaller, so now I've just got to get my rear in gear!!

If anyone has any tips to slim the hips and thighs, please send them my way! I do squats, walk and run, but besides that, I don't really know what to do for those areas.

I hope to lose 5 more pounds this month, so we'll see!

I'm going to catch up on my blog reading soon too, so don't think that I've forgotten anyone!!

I've been slacking....sorry

I know, I know..My posts have been slacking. For some reason I just can't get motivated to write! Hopefully this slump will end soon! So, this is my 3rd week at my new job, and I love it! I do wish the pay was better, but I love my "students". It's hard to say students when most of them are older than me, but still, I am their instructor, so that's what I will call them. There is never a dull moment on the job, so I don't get sleepy or bored ever, which is great!

I haven't done a weight loss update, which I'm sure some have been wondering or curious. Well, I've still only lost about 12, if not only 11 pounds in 3 weeks, because I gained about half of the 12 back and am just now getting back down. I realized that I lost those first pounds way too fast and that wasn't a great idea. I'm doing things different now, so it's a slower process. I have been losing inches though, which makes me happy! I will probably just do a monthly post opposed to a weekly one. I workout everyday(with the exception of today, not sure what's my problem today!)I feel stronger and have more energy! I still do not drink any cokes and I eat decent. One of my problems at my job is that we have to eat what they eat and so, that's not so low fat, which makes it hard. I don't want to not eat, so I do, and then I try to eat a very sensible supper!

The kids are great! Kadie is talking so much more here lately and I'm so thankful for that, because I was beginning to worry about it a little. Kennedie is her same old "full of life" self! Stratton and Trenton were both on the honor roll and they were very proud, and so was I of course!

I forgot how tiring it is to have a job though, which could explain the lack of posts also. I don't do much when I get home but workout, fix supper, bathe kids, and get to bed! I do watch the Biggest Loser on Tues.!! Is anyone else a fan of the show? I love it and it helps keep me motivated to meet my own goals! Man, I would love to have Jillian as my trainer!! She's great!!

I hope everyone is good and I'll try to post again soon! Oh yea, and I'm half way through the second Twightlight book and hope to finish it and the other two soon!

Today is my baby girl's 2nd birthday! I don't have a lot of pictures to share because of losing all of my pictures on my computer. I didn't get a chance to scan any either, but I'll post more of her when I get a chance!

Kadence (Kadie) was born at 3:20 pm January 8th 2007. She was the easiest of all four by far to labor and deliver! Kadie is my quiet child. She doesn't talk much, but she does hold her own with her brothers and sister.

Kadie is my last and final baby and it's kind of sad that shes 2 already!! Where did the time go?!! She's for sure a momma's girl! No matter how old she gets, she will always be Mommy's baby girl.

My First Weight Loss Post!

Well, I started dieting and exercising a few days before the new year! I cut out my cokes. I've been watching my calorie intake and exercising my butt off! Not to mention drinking a crap load of water! I'm 5"4' and started out weighing 170!! 170 is only 5 pounds less than the heaviest I've ever been, which was when I gave birth to my oldest son! My goal is to lose 30-40 pounds. I weighed 135 in high school, so there's no need to try to set a goal much lower than that.

Tommorow actually will be the one week mark, but I don't have scales of my own, so I had to weigh today at Shelley's house. So, here's my progress as of now! And I must say, that I'm quite pleased!

Starting weight=170
Weight as of today= 158

12 pounds!!!! I'm so excited!! I know I probably won't keep losing that much weight every week, but I'm happy with the start! So, stay tuned each week on my weight loss venture! With my birthday being tommorow, I am going to splurge! Hopefully it won't affect me too much!

It's almost the New Year!!!

It's about that time and boy where has the time went?!! It seems the older I get the quicker the years go by!! Does anyone else feel that way, or is it just me?! I can remember being a teenager and it seemed like forever before I was 18 and then 21, but after that I couldn't tell you where the years went! I figured it would be a good time to set myself a few New Year's Resolutions, so here I go!!

1. Lose 30-40lbs!! I've been needing to do this for awhile now and couldn't find the motivation! Well, I have it now, and actually started on this venture 3 days ago!! I also haven't had a Coke in 3 days and I used to drink at least 5 a day! Wow! I never thought I could do it, but amazingly it hasn't been too hard! I am taking Hydroxcut too, because I'm not so good at the diet thing on my own. I'll start posting weekly on my weight loss! Wish me luck!

2. Exercise!! I also started this when I started the weight loss kick, so I plan to stick with it! My body aches all over, but I know it will be worth it in the end!

3. Get a camera!! I don't have a working one at the moment and I hate not being able to take pics of the kiddos!

4. Along with number 3: Take more pictures of my kids!!

5. Have a closer relationship with God in every shape, form, and fashion!

6. Catch up on my debts! After not working for so long, I have a lot of money owed and bills to pay, not to mention a whole lot of student loan to pay off!

7. Spend more one on one time with my kids! I rarely get the chance to spend quality time with each of my four kids, and I want that to change. So, I plan to do whatever it takes to accomplish this! Each kid deserves some Mommy and me time in my opinion!

8. Post more on my blog! I tend to slack on the posts and I would like to get to posting more frequently.

Oh yea, and by the way, my 29th birthday is Saturday and its kind of weirded me out being so close to 30, but oh well, it's a part of life! I did get a scanner/printer for Christmas, so hopefully I will get some of my baby pics scanned and put on my computer so I can post about my birthday!

We went to my mom's house last night to open presents with them. The kids and me got a bunch of goodies! We ate steak and shrimp! Yum!! Today we went back to my mom's for Christmas with my grandparents and my aunts and uncles and cousins on my dad's side of the family! We had a slight hold up, because my mom called me at about 1:00 pm telling me that she was taking my dad to the emergency room because he was in so much pain that he could hardly stand up! I knew it was bad if my dad was willing to go to the ER, because you rarely even know when he's sick, because he fights it and hides it well. My mom had me call the rest of my family to tell them that we may have to delay for awhile. So, I did and then I went to check on my dad. It ended up being a kidney stone! I've never had one, but I've heard they hurt pretty bad. He got some pain medicine and they ran some fluid through an IV and sent him on his way. So, he was a little loopy for the company, but at least he wasn't in pain anymore. Since I don't have a camera that works, I have to wait for my sister, my mom, my aunt, and my grandparents to send me some of the pics they took. But here are a couple that my Aunt did send me tonight! I love Kadie in her little "Santa baby" outfit! Kennedie doesn't feel good and hasn't the last couple of days, so she wasn't her normal cheerful self. But at least she was smiling a little. The girls are both asleep already and me and the boys are about to watch one of their movies they got for Christmas!

What I've been up to...

Friday, I managed to go to all 4 of the kids Christmas parties!! Trenton's started at 9:30, so I went there first stayed awhile, and then Me and him went to Stratton's party at 10:00. After his party, me and the boys went home for a little while and then we were off to Kennedie's party at 1:00. She got to see Santa Claus and then we were off again to Kadence's party at 1:30! I was wore out after all that and we went home! It was busy, but a lot of fun!

Saturday, My mom and dad took the boys to the state capital to see the lights and they went shopping. They had a lot of fun! Me and the girls stayed at home and relaxed!

Sunday, we went to church and the kids put on a play for Christmas! It was so cute!

And besides that, we haven't done much of anything else, but sit around the house and try to stay warm! It's finally cold here after the 70 degree weather we just had a few days ago! Now it's in the 20's! That's so crazy when the weather flip flops so drastically like that!

The kids are getting more and more anxious about Christmas! A lot of you have asked when I start my new job. Well, I go in on the Jan. 2nd for paperwork and training and then I start on the 5th! I'm so excited!

I got offered the job I interviewed for!!! Yay!! Woo hoo! I'm so excited!! It's not as much pay as I wanted, but it's pay and it's the same hours that my kids are in school, so no after school care! That will save me money there, so I think it will even out! Plus, I will finally have experience that I can put down in the future! But, I may just like it so much that I'll want to stay!! Thank you all so much for the prayers!!! God is GREAT!!

Today is my oldest son's birthday! He's 9 today! Wow, They sure do grow up quick! Stratton is my very shy child. He can also be quick tempered, but usually just at home. I wanted a boy so bad when I found out I was pregnant with him! I was so excited when I found out that he was a boy!

On December 15, 1999, at 2:15 am, after 17 1/2 hours of labor, I finally gave birth to my first baby! He was 8 lbs 10 ozs and 21 1/2 inches long. He had beautiful skin, a perfect round head, and the sweetest little chubby face I'd ever seen! I was so in love with this baby! He was perfect! Big, healthy, blonde haired, blue-eyed and beautiful!

Stratton has always been a pretty good kid. Of course he had his moments, but they all do, don't they?! When he started Kindergarten, he struggled with school work for awhile. He slowly started catching up and this year, he made the honor roll! I was so proud of him. He loves to read, play video games, play sports, and fight with his brother. He's growing way too fast and growing out of all his clothes!

The Right Answer

I had a lot good guesses on what my 3rd grader got in trouble for at school...kissing girls, talking, firearms violation(crazy Dean..lol), fighting...But no one got it right! So, here's what he did...as embarassing as it was to hear..He peed behind a tree on the playground at recess! When I asked him why he did that, he said that he was afraid to ask to go inside because he thought they wouldn't let him! He wouldn't have got caught, but one little boy saw him walk behind the tree and saw what he was doing. He told the teacher, and she even went and checked for a wet spot, because she never thought he would do something like that!!! I tried to explain to him that doing that is NOT appropriate at school! In our own backyard, yea, but NOT at SCHOOL!!! I also told him that I was sure they would let him go inside to use the bathroom if it was an emergency like that, so to please ASK next time!!! I guess it could've always been worse?!!

OK, I know you are all probably tired of me asking for prayers with the job thing, but hopefully soon I will have a job and won't have to ask anymore!

I got a call this morning about one of the million(just 4 actually) jobs I applied for and I have an interview Monday at 1:00! Maybe this time I will get the job, but who knows?!! I believe it will be less pay than I actually want, but we all know how long I've been looking for a job, so I would take it regardless right now! I need to have some experience down for future job opportunities that come my way!

As far as the kids go: Everyone is well, for now, and no more trips to the doctor either! Kadie has a runny nose, but she keeps one of those most of the time, so it's nothing new! Oh yea, and you'll never guess what my 3RD grader got in trouble for in school the other day?!! And guess what? I'm not telling yet! I want to see if anyone can guess! It will be interesting to see what people come up with! Keep in mind, that this is my extremely shy child who only gets in trouble once in a blue moon! With that being said...GUESS AWAY!!

Am I the only one who has a loss of words at times?! Well, that's what's been up with me here lately. I have millions of thoughts running through this brain of mine, but can't seem to find the words to write one simple post! What's wrong with me people?!! I have so many things to be Thankful for like my family, my friends online and offline, electricity, water, food, internet, and most of all GOD! But of course I also have a nice run of not so good things like no job, no extra money for Christmas(another year..ugh!), all my files, and yes I mean ALL, including all my pictures that were on my computer are GONE! I was a bad mama and didn't have very many pics of my baby girl printed, but I thought Well, I have them on my computer, so I can print them later! BAD, BAD, BAD, idea!!! Now they are all gone!! Many videos...GONE! Along with thousands of other pictures of my family and friends! Hopefully some of my family and friends saved the ones I emailed a long time ago!

Ok....Enough of the sob story..sorry ya'll, didn't mean to dip into all that in detail and all, but it's frustrating! I've always heard that when you start to walk closer with Christ that things tend to get worse before they get better! Well, I believe it! But I know that things could always be SO MUCH WORSE than they are now! I've just got to be patient and God will map out HIS plan for me! Sometimes I just wonder if I'm just getting what I deserve for all the years that I didn't think about God first and all the years I didn't pray, go to church, read scripture, and so on and so on.
As I was reading through scripture, I stumbled upon this passage and it really spoke to me.

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:9,10

Doctor's Visit

O.K., First, last week Kadence had a horrible rash, which from previous experience, I thought was a strep rash. Kennedie had the same rash a while back and that's what it was. Before that, I had no clue that you could get a rash from Strep and I also had no clue that a kid could have strep and it not be the typical strep throat! I know I should've known these things after 4 kids, but it had never happened before, so I didn't.

Back to my story...When I took Kadence to the Dr., her strep test was negative and he said that the rash was just a reaction to her body fighting off some sort of infection. So she got some medicine and we went on with our lives.

Well, Saturday night, Kennedie began to get a rash on her chest, and Sunday and Monday, it had quickly spread all over her entire body..scalp and all! And her's itches!! So, today, I decided I might better go get it checked out.

Sure enough, she had strep. The Doctor suggested a shot, which I agreed, and we waited for the nurse to come administer the shot. When she came in, she told Kennedie that she would give her the shot in her butt. Kennedie quickly responded and said, "NO, In my leg!" And preceded to pull her pants leg up. The Nurse said, "I have to do it in a big muscle". Kennedie said, "NO, My arm!" Finally I convinced her that she had to have it in her butt, so we laid her on her belly and she did quite well, with only a few whimpers. We got her a sucker and off we went.

On the way to the van, I said, "That hurt a little, huh, Kennedie?" And she quickly said, "No, Mama, It hurt BIG!" It was really quite amusing to me! (not to her though!) Then we went to Fred's pharamacy to get the prescriptions and she decided to tell everyone we saw that she got a shot in her butt and got a bandaid on it! My little girl is NOT shy in the least bit! She's sleeping now, and hopefully will be fine soon. I just thought I would share my day with you all!

I'm so sorry to all my faithful readers for my lack of posts lately. I'm just really bummed that I have not been contacted by the people I interviewed for. I just keep thinking that it must not be meant for me! But yet, My heart skips a beat everytime my phone rings. I pray and I pray hard for God to do His will for me and maybe this just isn't it. Hopefully things will get better soon!

I am very Thankful for everything I do have! And I Thank God everyday for every little good and bad thing that has happened to me! I know I will be fine, it's just hard sometimes...especially with the holidays rolling around. It will be yet another Christmas in which I can not buy gifts for the ones I love. That makes me the most sad, because I LOVE to give gifts! I guess I need to get crafty and make some things! I'm not to good at it, but hey, it's worth a shot! I did win a wonderful gift from my bloggy friend LA and that put a little sunshine to my day! I love it, but I will probably be gifting it this Christmas (hope you don't mind Leah).

My friend Aubrey at The Fam Five has a post with 10 things that she loves, but with a twist! The twist is that they all have to start with the same letter! Her chosen letter is "i"! She asked if anyone wanted to play along and I said "SURE!" So, she gave me "L"! Here's my list! O.K. Actually it was supposed to be favorite things, but things you love is pretty much the same, right?!

1. Little toes! Little toes as in baby toes! I love some baby feet!
2. Long hot baths! When I get the chance (not too often around here) I love to take a long hot bath. It's so relaxing to me!!
3. Lord! I love the Lord for giving me eternal life!!
4. Links! I love links, as in website links, blog links, etc.! I love blogging and the internet! It's one of my best friends ya know!! LOL!
5. Leopards! Leopards are really pretty animals to me! I like leopard print as well!
6. Lights!! I love Christmas lights! I love to drive around and look at all the pretty Christmas lights all over town!I also like Marlboro Lights, but that's not a very good like, so just pretend you didn't read that one!
7. Lemonade! But only fresh squeezed lemonade like you get at the fair!
8. Long walks on the beach! O.K., so I haven't actually done this because we live so far from beaches, but I know I would love it! Maybe one day, I'll live closer to one!
9. Lists! I like Christmas lists: reading others and writing my own! I also love my lists of blogs!! See, the internet addiction is coming out again! I can't get away from it!! HELP ME!!
10. Love! I love LOVE. Love of my Lord, for my Lord. Love of my children, for my children, and love of my family and friends!! Love is a wonderful feeling to have!

Not Me Monday

It's that time again! It's Not Me Monday with the famous McKmama! Go check out her blog to read many more great Not Me Posts! I promise you'll chuckle at least a few times!

1. I did not skip Not Me Monday last week simply because I couldn't think of ANYTHING! I have four kids...I know there had to be something!!

2. I did not totally enjoy my Ladies' night Friday night! I didn't laugh my butt off most of the night! And of course I missed my kids!!

3. I am not really anxious about getting a phone call about the job I interviewed for and I'm not upset that they haven't called yet! WWWAAAAHHH!!

4. I did not spend most of my week blogging (especially entering giveaways!) That would be a total waste of time!

5. I did not decide that I would go on a cleaning frenzy only to end up cleaning my dining room and bathroom this weekend! That would be very lazy! And I'm not lazy, I tell ya!!

6. I'm not completely drawing a blank of anymore Not Me's that I've done this past week. I always right them down so I won't forget!!

Ladies Night

Last night, we had a Ladies' game night with some of the ladies from our church and a few more of their friends. It started at 7:00 and we actually talked until about 10:00..lol! I guess that's women for ya! We shared funny kid stories and talked about men of course! At one point I said, "o.k., we are having a night without our kids, but yet that's all we're talking about!" So, I finally convinced everyone to play a game. We played Mad Gab and it was a blast! It was so funny listening to everyone try to figure out the phrase!

I can't remember the last time I've had a Ladies' night! I've definetly decided that I need to do this more often! It was so refreshing, relaxing, and fun!

On a side note: I still haven't gotten a call about the job, but hopefully I will Monday!! I'm still praying about it!

I thought I saw a babysitter, nanny, friend, grandparent,(the names could go on and on) pulling in my driveway today to kidnap my kids for ONE WHOLE DAY!! Yes, a whole 24 hours of kid-free relaxation for ME!!
O.K., So, I didn't think I saw this, but I did dream, think, hope, and pray for it! Does that count?!!

My interview

I know everyone was expecting to see pictures when they read the title, but I want be able to share until Monday. My photographer (aka Aunt Shelley) is getting her computer fixed and she won't have it back until then!!

We attempted to take pictures of all 4 of my kiddos today, along with my nephew Cameron as well. So, let's see...5 kids ages 8, 5, 3, 1, and 1...needless to say, this was a very difficult task!

Each kid had their moments..Stratton, being the oldest, should've been the best. But, Shelley told me as she was checking them out on her camera that we would've had a few more good ones if he wouldn't have been sticking out his tongue!! I said, "Are you kidding me?! I wasn't even paying attention to THAT kid, because I just knew I didn't have to worry about him making crazy faces during pictures!!" Guess I was wrong! I think I'll have to post some of the outtakes too, because I'm sure they will bring laughter to my blog world..
Trenton (5) smiled very goofy in many of the pics
Kennedie (3) is actually my most photogenic child and she did pretty good, except when the boys would run off and she would follow!
Kadence (my baby) was NOT, in any way, in a picture taking mood! She cried (I'll post some of these too..lol), she reached for me, she ran, she stood, she sat...you name it, she did it!
Cameron (nephew) did fairly well, except when he gets excited he puts his hands up and he didn't want to stay still for long either.
So, Shelley said she thinks she got one that's pretty good of all 5, probably not any of just my 4 (dang it!) I asked her if we could just clone Cameron out of the good one of all 5, so I could have one of mine for Christmas cards...but she didn't respond. I think she thought I was kidding! (I"M NOT!!)

She did say that she got good ones of all the kids by themselves, so that's good! That means, I will also have a new header soon! YAY!! You know, one that actually shows my oldest son's face!!

So, stay tuned on Monday, and I will share my good, ok, and not-so-ok pictures! I am excited though, because I've NEVER gotten all 4 of my kids pictures made on a professional level, so I will be framing something---tongue sticking out...cries...and all!!

O.k., I've been thinking about what to post the last couple of days and haven't really come up with much until now...I decided that I needed to post a few things that have been on my mind lately.

Can anyone explain to me why is it that I FINALLY finished college after 10 yrs of attending, through the birth of my 4 children, a marriage, a divorce, and so on and so on...and I can't find a job?????!!!! (I'm sorry if I appear to be ranting) I just don't understand why people want to hire ONLY people with prior experience. HELLO! I have been going to college the last 10 yrs...I don't have any experience actually working in the field yet! Although, I probably have more education about the field than some of the people that get hired over me do! It's just so irritating....errrrrr!!! I've even applied for MANY jobs that don't even call me for an interview!! How is that fair? At least give a woman a chance here!! I know that I really need to be working, being I have 4 children and all, but it's so hard for me to just go back to being a cashier working for minimum wage, when I worked SO hard to get that piece of paper called a diploma!!! Shouldn't that account for something?? Anything? At least something better than minimum wage???!!

I know this is partly due to my location. There are not many job opportunities around here, but there are some, because I have faithfully applied for any one of them that pop up! I keep telling myself that if I had the money, I would just go back to school and get my masters and become a therapist.(they say crazy people make the best therapists...lol) But even then, there probably still wouldn't be anything!

I'm just fed up with it! I'm tired of subbing for a little bit of nothing to make ends meet! I need a real job! One that pays me for my hard-earned degree! Geez! I keep praying and praying and praying...and looking and looking and looking...and so far nothing! I have faith in God that everything will come together for me eventually, but I'm just ready for it NOW! I know I shouldn't be so impatient, but I feel like such a loser when people ask me what I'm doing now and I have to say...ummm..let me see...nothing... But I do have a bach. degree in Social Work and the response I get is: "Oh, there's a lot of jobs in that field. You shouldn't have any problems finding a job." HA HA HA! That's actually what I thought too while I was dwindling away my last few weeks of college. I seriously thought to myself, "I'm going to have a job as soon as I start applying!" Boy, was I fooled!

I seriously could go on and on about this, but I'll stop now, before I get even more carried away! Please, all my dear bloggy friends, if you don't mind...Will you please say a prayer for me? I would so greatly appreciate it!! I LOVE YOU ALL!! If it weren't for bloggy world, I would be in a nut house about right now!!
