Sensible Entertaining with Weightwatchers and a giveaway!
Lifestyle expert Susie Coelho recently used some of her favorite Weight Watchers foods to prepare easy, delicious dishes for entertaining and produced a video with tips on sensible foods that don't derail guests' diet. You can watch the video by clicking here!
WeightWatchers offers many cheeses, yogurts, snack cakes, frozen novelties, and breads! I have had the pleasure of trying quite a few of their fabulous products.
I've tried the brownies and the chocolate cakes and they are both delicious!
The brownies are 2 points and are made with real chocolate! The Chocolate cake, which is one of my absolute favorite snack cake, is only 1 point each. These cakes are topped with creamy chocolate and have a great flavor of cocoa. Both of these are very satisfying snacks and will definetly take care of any sweet tooth you are having.
Next up are the Vanilla Round Ice Cream Sandwiches!
Now these are my favorite WeightWatcher product ever! They are only 140 calories and 2 points each and are much better than any Ice cream sandwich I've ever tried! They are a good size and very satisfying too!
The next frozen novelty I tried is the English Toffee cruch bars.
These are also 2 points and there are 12 in a box. They are made with toffee ice cream and chocolate flavored coating with toffee chips. I love these as well! I really like that there are 12 in a box.
I have also tried the Giant Fudge bars which are only 1 point and they are big! I am yet to try any of these products that I don't like. I recommend trying them all to see what you like best!
WeightWatchers also offers a snack widget which will help you with sensible food alternatives to help aid you in staying healthy! You can find this widget here.
They even have a facebook group too!
You do not have to be a member to use these tools!
Now for the fun part! WeightWatchers is offering 3 of my readers a chance to win a coupon good for any frozen novelty from WeightWatchers! Here's what they need you to do!

I especially love the chocolate chip muffins. I love that they are portion controlled and I don't have to bake 'em!

Howdy.. I'm leaving a comment for ya from Fern at Mystic Wonders Inc (I'm not affiliated with them though, just doing a solid for someone). Could you please contact her via her website. She'd love to have you do a giveaway of her products. Your profile doesn't have an email in it so she was unable to get back to ya that way. NOW do I get an entry??? he he
I received this idea last holiday season but with all the barbqs coming up works here too. When at a buffet first walk around looking at everything before placing anything on your plate. Then decide rationally what you would like to eat take a sample of what foods you want if you are wanting several

If I had the munchies, I chew a piece of minty gum. Even once I throw the gum out, my mouth still tastes minty which makes food taste weird and I am less likely to eat it.

My biggest tip when entertaining is always have a large Fresh Veggie tray.. Lots of good veggies.. They are filling and taste great.

My tip is to eat small sensible meals during the day rather than 3 BIG meals. Fruit and veggie trays are always good for entertaining
